(1) Protection of national heritage shall be the duty of the concerned body.
(2) For the purpose of protecting the national heritage, the relevant agency should prepare a register and in that register, Nepal ………. Objects or places included in the World Heritage List should also be included.
(3) The protection of objects, places, flora, fauna, etc. included in the register as per sub-section (2) shall be done as prescribed.
